Session 2 of Keep on the Shadowfell solo. This was just a random encounter created by the GM Emulator I use. As expected by her stats Inara is a serious underperformer. As you can see I run the combats on a sketchmap drawn in ink and use light pencilmarks to update positions. I really like this method: Almost no set up time, no tokens or minis to sort out and it gives me a good and vivid picture of the situation at all times. For grid based tactical combat I would just use gridded paper.

  2. I'm not familiar with this module, is it just a rewrite of B2?

  3. Spencer Salyer No, it is the first adventure published for D&D 4th Edition. It comes with quick-start rules and pre-gens. You can download it for free from Drivethroughrpg.
