I made something similar in LaTeX. The idea's you print it out, fold it into a pocketmod, and then use it as an "unexpected number generator", ie, dice.

There are 8 d4 tables, 30 d6 tables, and 10 d10 tables, along with instructions on using it to "roll" d8s, d12s, and d20s. There are also a couple of simple Writer's Dice inspired d6 tables so you can get an oracle qualifier on the fly.

  1. This looks super cool. Have you seen the pocketmod of random number tables distributed in the PocketDungeon files at BoardgameGeek? Does involve some headmath (modulus).

  2. I have not, I'll take a look! This one requires no math at all, just counting, which may or may not be a plus. :D
