Hi all

Hi all,

I'm running a Fantasy Flight SW solo campaign, and while I have figured out (and enjoyed) how to handle all of the various mechanics, the one thing I haven't solved is the use of Destiny Points. I like what they bring to the game, but I'm not sure they can be used reliably without making them arbitrary.

Just curious if anyone has had any success or feedback with the mechanic in solo play?

On a somewhat related note, Chris Ing of the Silhouette Zero SW podcast (hands down my favorite podcast) reskinned the Maze Rats RPG that is available on DriveThru for Star Wars and called it Womp Rats.

If you're a SW fan, it looks awesome.

I reverse-discovered Maze Rats via Womp Rats, but the original system looks really great.

  1. I love weighting choices! I feel like I say this all the time, but I'm totally putting Fantasy Flight on my list, haha.

  2. Tam H I really like it. The narrative dice mechanics really help flesh out a scene.
