Step 1 for my vacation solo game using my travel kit: Character generation. I am using Microlite20 Purest Essence with the defense bonus variant rule. Inspired by the movie The Mask of Zorro he will be a swashbuckling fencer. I am planning on a dungeon crawl theme though, like in Ruins of the Undercity where you can access a dungeon from a city. This eliminates the need for an overland map. I got graph paper at hand. Now I just need a quiet evening to get started. As a bonus, I am including some holiday impressions 😁.

ReplyDeleteI am an American that lives and works in Germany. I love the 30 days of paid vacation and all of the paid holidays! Overtime is saved up over the year, so you can take it as vacation, or get it paid. Office works tend to work 8.5 hours Monday through Thursday, then 6 hours on Friday. Factory workers tend to work 37.5 hours a week. Extra pay from overtime or shift work is tax free.
