Going back to something I had mentioned a few weeks ago regarding the use of critical rolls in Miso RPG, here's an update to what I ended up with. Thanks to Tam H for shaping it in my mind (and the other commenters, as well).

(Also, just mentioning here that this is my new home for Actual Plays; feel free to check it out, though it's just text-based content for now!)

  1. Hey, no problem! It looks like you've added some fun stuff; have you had a chance to throw some dice, see which option "feels' best to you?

  2. I did, in Ryerson's Bluff: Scene 1.1 I used the early idea for my d6Crit chart. I've been working on Scene 2.x this weekend, but got sidetracked by getting the site polished up a bit. Honestly, I'll probably switch-hit between the ideas based on what feels right in the game.

  3. I just read it; I am ashamed by how much I laughed at your poor hero's misfortunes. I'm impressed with both your writing and your willingness to ask questions that lead to Certain Pain.

It's really fascinating how Miso essentially creates a CYOA experience; I love it! You've inspired me to give it a try!
