D100 Markov Generated List of random Dungeon ambience descriptions
I was grouping the whole list the semi-generated items by their starting phrases, and these had too few to bother, so I threw them together into a list. These have sounds, noises, smells, etc.
I play solo, so I intend to use these to seed some of the ambiance before I generate the actual room/corridor/etc so that the two don't clash or contradict. It's going to give the dungeon more of a fun-house feeling.

ReplyDeleteThanks TZ! The Markov generation sometimes outputs some diamonds in the rough between all the noise. Every so often, you also get some gems that don't need to be refined at all.
ReplyDeleteLet me know if you catch any grammatical errors; sometimes I'm not sure when "in" would be more appropriate than "on", for example. :)
