Made a little Wrath and Glory / Quill mashup and played it. Probably not grimdark enough in terms of the system, might take inspiration from Dark Heresy / Zweihander and Dark Astral and give it another go.
Seems to have nailed the absurd aspects of the setting pretty well :-) I approve.
