Hey, just uploaded my OMGAM game for August. Three months in, three solo one page games done!
It's a game of witches and triggered actions and I don't know what I'm gonna do for Halloween now. It's got a heart that's pure pbta and a unique d36 card set for oracles.
I named it "Death Shroud on the World Entire" after a quote from a funny list by Doc Rotwang that Questing Beast posted on reddit a couple of weeks ago.
I think that's the most tags I've ever included in a single post ever.

I haven't gotten to play it yet, but the "set the scene" oracle seems really interesting. I also like the opposed nature of the d36 table... positive, negative, or as-written. I'm really intrigued by the different pools, but I'm a bit hazy on how the Zero Events work. Did you play a game yet and have an example?

ReplyDeleteHere's a very short -- like character generation plus two scenes -- AP from my running play test while designing it.
ReplyDeleteThe results are intense but also focused; one of the things I try to do with the OMGAM games is create an experience with a strong theme and genre, without constraining the player too much.
