One of my favorite tools, great list. I like to randomly pick two plots to hook into each other, combined with a setting rolled out of Instant Game. Craziest result was prehistoric style tribes unkowingly warring in the biodome of a long lost ark ship, with a second "world" underneath it of tech and metal. Patrolled by a nasty killer robot with corrupted programming, waiting for the PC to stumble upon an entrance to it.
