EDIT: Man, it's been a few days... still no sign of it. My other books (SS&SS + Addendum) arrived way ahead of schedule, and I got the shipping notice for Quill the day after the other books. My luck, it was riding a mail truck which was carrying shipping non-compliant fireworks and something sparked the contents... :D
EDIT 2: GOT IT! I've had the PDF for awhile now, but I didn't realize how THIN 34 printed pages would be! It's so svelte, fits right into my bag with my laptop. Looks very professional, and will get some of my attention this weekend!
