I have finally gotten the last part of my Call of Cthulhu experiment
written up. Julia finally learns the awful truth. But will she live
long enough to tell anyone...?

I would be very flattered if you did! At the moment, however, I'm playing around with the Fate system, which I believe you mentioned in your blog isn't something you enjoy as much. I've found it's true that it leads to more pulpy, action-style adventures, but I mostly got into it because of my interest in playing something setting-agnostic. I do plan on trying out a myriad of different systems too.
First Fox2 Fate may not be my thing, but I read solo adventure write-ups for lots of games that I would never try myself. It would be foolinsh to think that there'd be nothing to learn from them just becasue they're different systems to ones I like.
I have been quite busy for a while (I still am) but I finally found the time read the last episodes of this game. I confirm I totally love it. As other noted, the initial "glamour pulp" mood of the beginning turned to pure HPL in the end. Very enjoyable. I also like the D20 trick to select the final solution/horror on the basis of the collected hints: clever!
