This was heavily inspired by Neo Shinobi Vengeance, http://ageofravens.blogspot.com/2018/02/neo-shinobi-vendetta-fate-pre-gens.html - which has some fantastic material. The powers post, setting, and some actual plays are linked in there. Lowell Francis has written some stuff that has lit my mind on fire and encouraged me to try some Fate RPGing in the future.
