I'm up early playing with my new favorite find. I've used Wizardawn in the past for running Tunnels & Trolls games, but the Dungeon Door tool is new since I last visited. Essentially it creates a random a random solo dungeon for you to run through. If you check the Rules box it gives you everything you need: dungeon creation, exploration finds, monster encounters, traps, treasure.

  2. Wizardawn really is like a toybox. I just used the Settlement generator to create a town to run back to when the dungeon beats me up too bad. It just as exrensive: map, merchants with inventory, guilds, guards, temple.

  4. I do love this site, and everything on it.
Is this Dungeon Door tool specifically for T&T, or Labyrinth Lord, or is it system agnostic? I haven't played T&T or LL, and I don't recognize the stat blocks for the monsters. Wizard Dawn is not really identifying the system their using for that generator.

  5. David Johnston The link I shared is for the Tunnels & Trolls version. If you look to the left it shows the cover of the rule book you have selected. If you click on the Games button in the top left you can choose a different system. When Wizardawn brings you to that summary page, you can then click on the Dungeon Door link on the right. It will now generate a system appropriate spread. They support AD&D, 1981 Dungeons & Dragons, Labyrinth Lord, OSIRIC, and a couple of others I don't recognize, in addition to T&T.

  6. Ah, way at the bottom of the generated adventure it has a LL compatible license link...
And the monster stats all have BOOK: LL at the end of them...
Mystery solved (in case anyone else was as confused as I).
