Stephan Beal said it. There are also image-dice apps for Rory's Story Cubes ($), Story Dice (ads), and Mark's Adventure Glyphs ($).
There's a Tunnels & Trolls game for solo adventures (free, with in-app purchases) and I've heard there are some other adventure book (Project Aon?) apps in the works.
Gah! Just lost a long response. Short version: tarot card apps for oracles, lots have booklets or help interpreting draws, etc.
Deck of Fate is great whether you like the Fate system or not, but particularly so if you do. It has two smaller sets of vaguely tarot-like cards it refers to as arcana, and the "dice cards" have assorted phrases, two to each card. Also if you like Fate, check the Fate Folio, which tracks character data nice and clean.
Second the idea of Story Cubes. Great app, you can lock dice, reroll individual dice, and send screen grabs to whoever/bring the image up later for inspiration.
Great great great inspirational app called Brainstormer!
There are various writing prompt apps, one might hit you better than others, just give them all a shot.
Thanks for all the responses, I'll take a look at these apps.
On a side note, while searching, I also found several apps for Lone Wolf adventures (Kai Chronicles, Lone Wolf Saga, and Lone Wolf New Order), if anyone else is interested in those.
i think Adventuresmith is everyone's default:

There is also Assistant For Mythic. The word pairings for the Idea Generator use a different souce, I think, and there is an icon option.
