A stop by the local used book store and once again found myself in luck. The first RPG I ever played and ran was Tunnrls and Trolls 5E. I had been given it printed on copy paper, in a three ring binder. It's since been lost. Now I'm set to play through the classic solos.

    i stumbled across a shrink-wrapped copy of a boxed edition in (of all places) a German game store about 15 years ago.

    The 7th(?) Edition (the one in the small tin box) was absolute crap compared to 5E.

    Stephan Beal I've read 7th but I've never played it. That being said, it would seem many of the ideas were put back in the oven for a bit and came to fruition with Deluxe Tunnels & Trolls.

    i don't have the recently-KS'd edition - i was still too sour at the tin can edition to back it :/. In any case, i never actually played T&T, i just enjoyed reading it.
