So the framework is coming together. As you can see there are going to be plenty of encounters to generate on your own. I'm going to have a skeleton for the main quests, where you can play them through on your own.

I also don't want it to be just about fighting. Like you can choose to negotiate with the bandits or even become their allies.

Please let me know what you think. I welcome all comments, questions and ideas.

Latest round of progress on This and That. The game rules are more or less complete. Now I'm fleshing out the mini setting, Knight Errant. The bestiary is done, though I might put in a few low-level creatures. Up next I'm going to fill in the locations and then create the quest structures.

I'm also going to write more info on the village of Crookshead and put in a section about suggested PC core concepts, equipment and possible powers. As always, comments are very welcome.

  1. cool light RPG core, but I see no solo rules, does it need published solo adventures?

  2. The bulk of them are coming in the quests. For now you can roll random encounters.

  3. Jacob Ross does it need premade quests or there is the possibility to make our own quests?

  4. Make your own is going to be there, too. There's already an NPC generator, and I want to make a basic quest generator and location generator.
