A Spark of Fate converts the world building system from Spark RPG to a form usable with Fate Core. Shouldn't be any difference in the results except you get Setting Aspects instead of whatever Spark uses.
I have the Sparks of Fate rpg. I was wondering if there was something extra in the original game. But it seems like it's the same system in either incarnation.
I just googled it, Sparks RPG is it’s own game, Sparks of Fate is a hybrid of Fate Core and Sparks. The same author wrote both.

I would say any differences would be system based.
