After my Edge of the Empire campaign came to an abrupt end (as it is usually the case when the main character dies) of course I needed to start a new Star Wars campaign. This time as a freelance bounty hunter who was a former imperial army trooper.

Since my Starfinder Core Rulebook still hasn't arrived in print and is delayed until sometime in October I basically had no choice but to try out a lightweight freeform d20 system that I am toying around with in my head at the moment.

So meet Vince Kain, freelancing bounty hunter, on his first hunt...

  1. Well, not really intentional. I try to anticipate how a wanted criminal would act in a digital world and if you want to go underground you would probably refrain from paying digitally but instead try to get some "real" money. This is how I came up with the pawn shops in the spacer's section. Also, you need to stay some place until you have sorted out how to proceed, therefore the motels. Small places where you pay cash and no questions asked. Nothing beats a little old fashioned "legwork". :-)
