This is cool - I came up with a rather different idea of a plot wheel for my Fortunes Wheel game https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1613337354/fortunes-wheel - less literal and more like a diagram you can place Tarot card idea seeds on - like a mega Tarot spread with all sorts of correspondences linked in visually (like past to the left, future to the right, the known to the top, the unknown to the bottom and so on) that helps build story relationships.
But this more literal approach is great - I have a thing about wheels like this - maybe it was playing with code wheels as a kid or something but the moment something is a wheel like that its like magic for me.... :)
