Hi,
For those who like minimalist rules, I suggest a new ruleset. Ultra simple, extremely fast. The idea was to fluidify and simplify even more what I had written in Rocket Dungeons. With these rules, you can play with 100 adventurers if you want!
Very soon, I will write another post on how I can play quickly, because Mythic is definitely too complicated for me!

Color me curious, putting that article on my lunch time reading queue.
ReplyDeleteTodd Zircher how long is your reading queue?
ReplyDeleteYou know me too well. I'll put it near the top. :-)

ReplyDeletethis rpg is less complex than TWERPS
ReplyDeleteFun stuff! I like the d12 option since it allows for a little more finesse if you want to do things like add situational modifiers or magic/master crafted gear.
ReplyDeleteVery nice!
ReplyDeleteShort and brutal, and very solid.
ReplyDeleteI’d note that it looks like one session/adventure should have between 1x and 2x as many scenes as PCs.
Also, if you don’t want “injured” as a special thing, you can use that result to instead add one more obstacle between now and the end. Especially easy if you use cards as an Oracle to guide scenes.
Jesse Cox the obstacle variant is smart. Thanks
ReplyDeleteThis may be the best combat system add-on for FU and binary system rules.
