The hammer starts to sink, but slowly rises up grasped in the hands of a friendly Thurloin, or Merfolk. The merfolk winks at Thuls as it slips back into the water. Behind him, close, is a shriek, Thuls knows the enemy is upon, but weariness has descend on Thuls, who just smiles as the point of a sword erupts from his chest. Thou breathing is difficult Thuls heads off to brightness knowing his duty and honor are both intact……..
John Fiore I couldn't agree more or have said it better....I love Untold for being able to rip stories out of my head that I never knew existed and when they are all done they make sense and were really really FUN to participate in.
ReplyDeleteJust seeing this now. Dale Miller John Fiore having heard a ton of (often nonsensical) stories inspired by Rory's Story Cubes, I too am in awe how every game of Untold somehow hangs together - at least enough for non-players to enjoy reading the story.
