He liked money, and they weren't having much success with a secret bio weapon program.

In the end the mole must not have convinced them, as a botched assassination attempt forced him and his contact from the safe house with presumed monoxide poisoning. Their erratic driving gave me grounds to pull them over and after a few intense moments he gave himself up. The contact had to be sent on to the hospital.

The betrayal was enough to convince the mole to flip on his co-conspirators, and we managed to get him to give a full confession during interrogation.
