  1. I'm enjoying this adventure!!!
"To see if the kobolds notice the party, we roll against their group’s lowest Perception in an opposed test"
question: checking only the lower stealth skill of a group makes sense (if one makes a noise everybody is noticed) BUT checking the LOWEST perception of a group to notice the hiding group is illogical (it is sufficent only one of the group to spot the hiding party)

  2. Great stuff. Sounds like a great system. How has it been using modules? Do you randomize them or just take the loose story structure?

  3. lino pang that's a typo from me - you roll their highest Perception. That said, the kobolds were treated as identical anyway.

  4. Jonathan Holen I've been running the module as written so far. Mostly that means doing the most logical thing, but I have the ALONe cards ready for GM questions or random inspiration.

  5. Peter Webster do you think Swords and Wizardry material would work well? I adore Frog God Games' material.

  6. Jonathan Holen yes, I do. I plan to try the Rappan Athuk stuff, as it happens, and I have Tomb of the Iron God too. Treasure as written, use the monsters as written but run them with Mythras stats and rules. Easy, methinks.

  8. Jonathan Holen me too! Not had a chance to read it, but Barakus looks cool.
