Hello all. I'm brand new to tabletop RPing. I've been reading up on the rules for the game system I selected, Open Legend RPG. I also have selected Mythic for my GME. Not sure how all this is going to come together yet but I hope to get through these materials & then get some kind of actual solo gaming going.
Will do. I will probably use "so1um" just to get something going as I have never played before. This is very simple & I think will be an easy way to actually start solo playing (it's easy to get lost in the details). After a get the hang of soloing then I'll start using Open Legend. I just needed an easy in for my first session.

so1um is a great one too! Feel free to add inspiration whenever you need through random charts from other sources, random icons (I use Rory's Story Cubes a lot), anything to keep it moving.
ReplyDeleteI might also suggest using my Impetus driver just for the purpose of getting "un-stuck". so1um is pretty minimal and doesn't provide too much push on its own.
