Just found this Google+ group as I was researching my own solo RPG design, and have been getting drunk on the wealth of ideas being tossed around. Really great stuff and glad I found this place.
I've been chipping away at a solo fantasy-themed game design for quite some time, trying to get a handle on what it is I'm trying to build by defining exactly what it is I want to play. I'm now moving forward with actual prototyping. I only have a couple of the six game systems prototyped at this point. But my play testing is starting feel "fun". I'm loosely documenting my design process at the link below, and I plan to post some actual play sessions once I've got all of the systems prototyped. Anyways, this seemed like the right place to share such a blog.

ReplyDeleteChris Stieha I'll be happy to share the ruleset here once I've play tested it a bit more and finish editing. I'm guessing the first version of the game will be free anyways, since it's just a passion project, and then maybe try to sell a Delux edition down the road.
