Android and iOS, not yet sry. I made one for pc that is based on Mythic GME, plus another for making random roll tables. Just ask to join my Google+ and you have access to them. Eventually I'll port them to Android and maybe iOS. In theory it shouldn't be too hard as they are at apps.
There is one simply titled Solo RPG Engine but it's not on Google play. I came across it somewhere in the reddit group. It is free to download & doesn't require internet. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I'll post a screen shot of the app. Maybe some one can identify & give more info.
Looks like a Mythic inspired variant. No idea what it's called tho. It does remind me of another Mythic GME for Android that was in beta, but it ran very slowly - too slowly for me to use without massive frustration

I’m about to jump ship on iOS but got a lot invested in apps. Your Smith works great on chromebook. Get a lot of playing done on that.
