Looking for quick suggestions- what's a good game for an airplane? Ideally something I don't need to print and can quickly download.

  1. It doesn't get much more quick and simple than so1um. For other simplicity, I really like Lasers & Feelings and its associated hacks (especially Ray Otus's Sorcerers & Sellswords).

  2. If you like journal games, there is Quill (several variants), English Eerie, and Whirlwind Millionaire. You could also compress the time for The Beast, but you probably want to make sure no one is reading over your shoulder. :-)

  3. I would look into a diceless system. Not printing out anything cuts down on the options a lot. I would just use an app on a phone. But I think phones need to be turned off on flights.

  4. Assuming you can use a dice app on the plane, you just have to remember this system.

  6. roryb bracebuckle I'll try to get to it when I get home. But it's showcased in another thread as the Simplest Rpg System in the World.

  7. Bivius and Miso are the go-tos in simplicity.

  8. Pretty much go through the Dieheart.net resources page and choose what works for you.

  11. I would just go with a tablet, an oracle app and a random generator app - and whatever ruleset I know best.

  13. Mischa Krilov have you made an account on MeWe? It seems like everyone is moving over to that site.

  14. Mischa Krilov I wrote my own apps, but they are Windows based... however they are written to be portable (QT and C++), I just haven't actually ported them yet.
