Making a new superhero, probably the oddest one I've ever played thanks to random tables. I go into detail this time, since because making characters is fun too!
These are really great. I'm no superhero fan (nor a Palladium one, really), but I have a soft spot for Heroes Unlimited and the bizarre characters it produces. I once rolled up a guy who was the result of a deliberate radiation experiment; he gained Animal Metamorphosis: Canine, Winged Flight (feathered), and Underwater ability.

ReplyDeleteSo, basically the Flying Seal? I think it works best if you do a mix of random and choice. But completely goody can be a blast too!
