Sophia Brandt and everyone else. This is a game using a version of the Wanderer System rules that I've been working on. It's a rough alpha, but it should hopefully be enough to let you create fun dungeons to explore. This game's called Adventureologists, and it features pulpy Indiana Jones- or Tomb Raider-style exploration. I don't have any pregen stuff yet, but I wanted everyone to see how it plays.

  1. I'm really hoping for some feedback. I eventually plan to expand this into a full-on book.

  3. not very good with numbers myself, but took a chance with anydice.com

Chances of rolling 10+ are 16.67%. With a +1 bonus, it's 27.78 (assuming either attribute or identity bonus). With +2 it's 41.67. In D&D, you have a 55% chance of getting a 10+ (the default DC) without using any bonuses. Seems kind of punishing for solo play!

Other than that, I like the look of identity moves, monster abilities and the tags. :)

  4. The other games all have it as 8+. This was an experiment, but I removed the easier roll system. Just change default difficulty to 8.
